My mother called to ask a simple question about a will we had made up my Elder Law for my grandma. The man she talked with was EXTREMELY rude and insensitive. My grandmother had just passed away. If he couldn’t help us with this simple question, he couldn’t have just said so. Instead he decided to be insulting and talk down to her. Very disappointed, wish we would have gone with a different firm.
**Policy requires payment before basic service information** I contacted this firm to inquire about estate planning. Their policy requires a $275 consultation fee before they will provide any fee estimates or identify which attorney would handle the case. When I requested a ballpark cost range (even a wide one) and asked to know which attorney I'd be working with, I was told they are "forbidden and unqualified" to provide this information without payment first (and even said that no attorneys would do this).
