Elder Law of Georgia was there in our time of need. My wife's father died intestate (without a will). Prior to his passing, they helped us get a POA in place. And later, a Small Estate Affidavit. ELoG helped us sort through the issue with his local bank. It was a small estate, and not worth much financially, and not much to gain for ELoG, but they were dogged and persistent in helping us to close the bank account an reclaim what was left.
