Terrible customer service. Never responds to emails. My motor is having problems. I have nicely asked for assistance multiple times. Crickets. Notice the lack of a support email address on their website. Had to get their app to find a generic address. Now I have an expensive motor that I can’t get serviced. Awesome. This company is absolutely awful. They won’t last with customer support this poor. No way.
