Not only was the technique effective in helping with pain, but, Katie took the time to educate me on the why behind my pain and therapy. 10/10.
Excellent massage from Matt. He was very professional, looked for feedback regarding pressure, and worked extra on some tension spots for me. Love the feel of the studio and would highly recommend.
Matt was so pleasant to work with and made my first experience with a therapeutic massage much easier than I anticipated! I’m looking forward to my next session as I already feel a difference after just one session with him.
Immediate relief for both shoulders that have pain for a variety of reasons. Left feeling like there was more range of motion already. We will be back and definitely recommend giving Matt and Elbow Grease a try!
