I’ve taken my taxes to Elation Enterprises for about 8 years now. Every year I am happy with their services… but this year they went above and beyond. I couldn’t make it in during office hours to sign prior to a long weekend. Ryan sent me everything I needed to sign electronically right away. 10/10 customer service. (Plus : they have cute office dogs…)
I would say that they have consistently and reliably dropped the ball in every single interaction I’ve had with them over the years, but that would be giving them too much credit as they wouldn’t even be able to find the ball to drop in the first place.
Top notch! Ashley took care of my mom’s final taxes in a respectful efficient manner. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with something so important
