I am very grateful that Elan was able to save my beautiful, special full length female mahogany mink coat from a moth infestation. The first furrier I called told me to simply put it in a plastic bag and throw it away. I was pretty insistent that I would like them to please look at it or basically pleaded for any other option, but they kindly said I am sorry but there is nothing one can do.
