Excellent service! Amazing inventory! Fun accessories! I have been bringing my fur coat here for storage and cleaning for over a decade. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. They take the time to examine your coat and point out areas that may need extra care or repair before the issue gets worse. They keep your coat looking brand new!
I took multiple coats to them for repair and maintenance. They are so incredibly knowledgeable about furs! They asked about the history of each piece, then proceeded to tell me about them. They told me what kind of fur, described the materials and even if it was American made or not. I was so impressed about their passion and respect for the furs and wanting to educate others about how to store them. Thank you!
