Stopped by Elaine's Attic yesterday. Nice selection of fabrics. Also, turn around time for long arm services was good and reasonable. Will be going back.
I was so disappointed when I called Elaine's Attic to inquire about purchasing a Juki sewing machine. The woman who answered the phone (she did not identify herself) was very curt and her answers were short and she sounded irritated. After my 3rd question, I asked her if I was imposing on her and she told me I had called after hours (4:30pm). Side note: if it was after hours why did she answer the phone and why be rude to a customer? She then answered my 3 questions with a condescending tone. This makes me sad because Elaine... read more
