Hi, I'm Elaine Leidolf-Davis and I LOVE to paint! I've always loved to draw, starting when I was 8 years old. I just had a knack and would draw all the time. My mother encouraged me and while going to High School, I dabbled in acrylic painting. I have never had any lessons, but gradually got better and tried oil painting. I am retired now and am painting more than ever. I love to paint what touches me in my moods and feelings. I feel when a painting "Speaks" to you, you should buy it....or you'll regret it later. Elaine painted some beautiful pictures of our boys! The original photos and the paintings look the same! Very happy with the results, which has now become a wonderful memorial of my red boy that we lost suddenly a few weeks ago. I have posted the original photos and the portraits so others can see how beautiful they turned out.

Elaine, we literally love all the paintings you have done for our Yorkies and my daughter’s cat. I have never seen anyone paint the way you have with such detail and all three jof them look just like them! You are so talented!
