Elaine was pleasant, knowledgeable, anew were able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time. She listened carefully to all of our questions, concerns, and comments while addressing all of our needs. Looking forward to the finished work because I am confident she is capable and trustworthy.
i hired this CPA to avoid issues and delays in filing my late father's tax returns. So far all she has done is file an extension and refuse to return my phone calls. Then in the end she charged $500 for 3 simple tax returns. not even one star.
