Most importantly, the staff is amazing! The facility could use a little TLC overall though.
The staff is very attentive and caring. We had a meeting the day after my mom was admitted with all of her caregivers. I got to meet each of them and go the care plan in place for my mom. This made me feel comfortable and confident that the facility understood what my mom needs to get her back on her feet
