I have had a lot of issues with Elaine. She does not respond or if she does she doesn't answer all of the questions. She consistently believed my ex-husband over me until there was absolute proof. Then she would apologize. I am supposed to be her client! At times, it felt like my husband had 2 attorneys. I had to pay for a mediation, though I continued to say he had not provided everything and it was a waste of time. Again, she later apologized.
