I used to work here, but left after what I witnessed. Basically, a lot of employees use the job to socialize with one another and ignore the clients under their care. I saw people just left in front of a TV with a youtube video for exercise time, they were given kiddie activities to do and just very little engagement overall. The last straw was seeing an older man named Oscar start to convulse on the ground and they told me to ignore him because he does it for attention. It really didn't look like it to me.
