OMG! After a couple of years searching for MENUDO, I finally found it, right under my nose! It is often said, "You have not because you asked not", I finally asked! I had visited El Rincon on several occasions to pick up items but never thought to inquire if they prepared Menudo. A week or so ago, I did inquire.only to find out that they only had Posoles soup made with pork. As delicious as it was I still wanted the Menudo.
