Hoy fui por unas cobijas mala atención las dos mujeres son unas groseras eviten pasar por un mal rato se su pone que cuando uno tiene un negocio tiene que tener paciencia y atender bien a sus clientes por que uno va a comprar no a pedir de gratis así que no vayan si no quieren pasar un mal momento
Mala atención al cliente se supone que tiene buena calidad de productos necesitaba 120 cubrelechos y una actitud grosera y de mala gana las dos personas que estaban dos mujeres muy malas caras y mala actitud ni que fuera a pedirle y me sacaron del local como una actitud tan grosera. Porfavor cambie el personal no sirve para un local tan bueno con tantos productos
I walked in the door ready to spend quite a bit of money based off of what I saw in the window. Walked in and was immediately told that they are not open to the public and to leave. I asked what that means and what did it take to be able to purchase from the store and they said wholesale merchants only. Again I asked what I needed to do to purchase from them and I was told that it was already explained now leave. 1st time buyer and hadto spend $300 no problem. Upon purchase everyone was nice and service was ok. Get home to my items to pass out at our event and the items not only work, the cards were purchased misspelled. Not only did I bring them back the attitudes from the older lady was horrible stating how many she sold and no one said anything. Well I have a stack of misspelled Valentine days cards and I didn't do it. No accommodations or anything. I will NEVER come here again and make sure everyone knows about the customer servi... read more
