Honest & Great Service
Horrible servicio al cliente, aparte de abusivos y aprobechados. Creen q tienes todo el tiempo para venir a la oficina q solo tienen abierta de 4pm a 6pm de lunes a viernes pesima comunicacion no contestan el tel mucho menos los correos electronicos yo para poder agarrar mis W2 porq ya no quise esperar despues de 2 meses esperando que hicieran mis taxes les tube q pagar 120 solo para poderlas agarrar. Me cobraron por un servicio q nunca me dieron NO le recomiendo a nadie este lugar.
Porfavor gente no vayan hacer los taxes con este hombre grocero deshonesto mentiroso nada de profesional tiene no hace su trabajo le pague por su servicio y no me hizo los taxes tuve que ir a otro lugar y encontraron que no hizo mis taxes pero si cobra por adelantado nos cobro $300 y no hizo nada es un gran ratero lo engaña a uno dice que el si hizo los taxes y uno le hace preguntas y nunca contesta y cuando llega a contestar te contesta muy mal con ofensas nunca en mi vida me havia topado on una persona así
Byron Hernandez is a Lier and very un professional. He wasted my valuable time. He told me that he would do my taxes for 2021 . I visited his office Couple of times and he was playing games with me and not being truthful.Instead of being honest and telling me he won't do my taxes , He was very dishonest , When I confronted him forcefully, He told me won't do it .
