Horrible customer service! The sales woman seemed as though she would have rather been doing anything else other than helping us. We bought a pair of women’s cowboy boots, insoles, and a woman’s cowboy hat, and a man’s cowboy hat. We tried on a few different pairs of boots. My husband didn’t find what he needed. The boots I tried on seemed very stiff so the sales woman asked me to wear them around the store. I wore them for about 20 minutes. Against my better judgement, we purchased the boots. Really good selection on hats pants and button down shirts with snap buttons. Great customer service.
