This place is an absolute rip off. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, their minimum bill is more than my electric bill. They take advantage of people with low income with these stupid charges. I'm going to have more to say about this cuz I'm pissed. Derby water company. Scamming people. They send you a letter saying your toilet runs longer than 5 minutes. The smell of the sewer around Derby has gotten so bad. Sometime just filling the air outside with a thick blanket of it and other times it comes up from the sewer lines into building and homes. I thought this issue was getting fixed but I guess not. Please work on this! This makes Derby a place that it shouldn’t be and nobody wants to live with that smell. Make Derby great again.

I've paid my bill over the phone with friendly people for YEARS! NOW they say pay online or in office. I don't do online. And I won't authorize automatic pymnt, who knows WHAT they'd pull after this? I don't have working vehicle. Guess I'll have to WALK to office to spit in their face as I pay my bill.
