I had a very bad experience with a young lady named Ziria I believe. She gave me attitude because I chose the wrong topic at the kiosk when I arrived. I asked her if I should return to it to get the correct one and she said no. I mentioned to her that what I wanted to do was not posted and in a very harsh tone she said "it's there".
