Length of time was almost 3 hours. However, the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful!!
What a joke of a place... I had to get my new car registered and they charged me over $100 in late fees for for paperwork that wasn't in yet and when it was in they couldn't find it. I would call every week for a month with no luck. "They didn't have it" I had to call the main office to see what was going on and they confirmed that the paperwork as indeed in this location so I had to call again and tell them it's there I called your main office. Third time trying to transfer plates, every time I come a different person wants different paperwork. I even ask if that’s all I need and they say yes then I come back and I need something else. I guess they think people can just take time off and work anytime they want.
Absolute hell. Place is closed on Wednesdays apparently. Staffing shortage or something.
