Very unprofessional
Lady at the front named Z. Garnica was unbelievably rude and miserable the whole time for no reason at all. Wait times are already very long, which is understandable, but the horrible attitude made the experience worse.
I wanted to take a moment to praise Verenice for the outstanding service she provided during our title transfer of a motorcycle. Our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we started, Verenice was the friendliest and most pleasant person, making a complicated process feel easy and seamless, all with a smile on her face.
