Waited almost 3 hours at the NE office to get new plates and register our newly purchased truck. The staff is courteous and very nice but there is just not enough staff. God bless them for how heavy their load is. The waiting is atrocious.
Y’all ever seen the movie Zootopia? The scene with the sloths? It’s possible the movie director has been to this place and got the idea for the movie from here.
There were a lot of people but Ms. Denis Salas was standing in front of door and guided all people very well. It helped a lot.
They just randomly decide to be closed on Tuesdays? I went today (Jan 20th) and a lady walked out saying the Tax Office is closed on Tuesdays at this location (Northeast). The lady also said different tax offices are closed on different days of the week, even though nothing of the sort is stated online. Who runs this place? Do all these reviews go unnoticed?
Waited over hour on phone and still no help maybe el paso needs to hire more people than raising taxes that do nothing
