Ordered specialty plates. That’s the only reason I needed to come in-person. I’d rather have a root canal than to come here ever again.

I went there today, and the experience was great. I arrived on Friday around 8:15 AM and found good parking spaces. When I entered, there was a kiosk asking if I had made a reservation. I pressed "No," and it gave me a choice of reasons for my visit. I picked "specialty plate." There were at least 20 people in front of me, but I was able to get my plate within 30 minutes. They couldn't find my plate under my name, but they found it by what was written on the plate. I would give it 5/5 stars.

This sums it up. 19 service stations to assist the public with car license renewal. Only 3 people working and the lobby is full and people waiting outside. This is city county stupidity at its finest!! All 3 employees chit chatting with customers when they approach windows. Do your self a favor like I will. Go to the location that charge 10 bucks instead you’ll be out in avg 5 minutes if that long. Tax collector, pull your head out and fully staff!!!

Bad customer service. If property taxes are not done during the "periods" they help, I suggest taking the option off the KIOSK, instead of having people wait and be frustrated when it could have been avoided in the first place.
