Scammers for sure! I’ve gone 3x. First time I was told I had to pay over 1k to register my out of state vehicle because it’s a newer year and because I didn’t pay state taxes in my previous state. Left with no other info. Got online and did my own research. Turns out if I purchased my vehicle over a year ago and I haven’t been a Texas resident for 30+ days yet I shouldn’t be charged the 6.25% tax. Great customer service. Friendly staff came in today in and out in no time spent more time using the kiosk than getting service… keep up the good work… it also helps coming in to renew plates early not one day or two days before it expires…. People here should go to the George Dieter location and teach them customer service…. Great job here and keep up the good work……have a wonderful day….God bless…
