Today Me and my husband took my autistic non verbal son ( who highly dislikes being touched ) concerning his appendix...He put up a good fight the whole time but the all of the staff was very patient with him since he was not cooperative at all .. the staff was very attentive...they listened, and came up with solutions when we told him about certain triggers ...they let us turn the lights off since that kind of calmed him. My daughter recently underwent a brand new diabetes treatment at this hospital, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care she received. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond to ensure that she was receiving the highest level of care possible. Their dedication and compassion were truly remarkable. Over the past four years of living in El Paso, I’ve had to bring my children a few times for various different reasons. I always come back to this Children’s Hospital over other hospitals available because of the quality of care received. The hospital staff is very attentive and very thorough. Service is also always timely!
