Get rid of the El Monte city council. They exploit the community. They have no purpose. They create WORTHLESS ad hoc committees for themselves, not to help the citizens of our community. The members refuse to return phone calls and emails. They're just more WASTEFUL and WORTHLESS bureaucracy. The city CAN operate WITHOUT them. Get rid of the El Monte city council, NOW.
Good place
It's clean and cool and offers a great free art class for seniors once a week coordinated with Rio Hondo College. It's a good time for creativity and socialization.
Much senior, very centered, so wow. Great facility with friendly staff and a great place to visit with the ol' timey buddies.
