Yes you have to come early in the morning I say about 6am to put your name down on the sheet they leave at the door but that’s because that list gets full so in order for them to see you that same day you have to make sure you have your name listed on that sheet. So you come back later that day when it’s your turn. So patience is key! To pay them to do your taxes is pricey but worth it!
