If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I purchased a coffee maker 2 weeks ago, and it fell apart. I went back to see if I could exchange it and the owner was very unpleasant. Customer Service should always be extended to a customer in a courteous manner. There is a way to speak to a paying customer. I will never go into this store again. I did not know that a Cuban/Puerto Rican market existed in this area! This place has a huge assortment of groceries, and items you would find in a traditional latin caribbean market (plantain, bacalao, etc.)
I live in Thousand Oaks, we don't have any Cuban market. When I go to El Mambi I am so happy, because I can find all the Cuban products I want. Love that place.
If you are looking for Cuban or Puerto Rican store then this is your place. It's a Mom and Pops store but you can pretty much find the ingredients and other items that are difficult to find in a regular super market chain.
