Efrem is thoughtful, professional, reliable, and most importantly deeply knowledgeable. My wife and I connected with Efrem to provide guidance on a few family estate matters as well as some city ordinance/neighbor disputes and his council has been indispensable in how we have navigated all of these challenges. Efrem is dependable! If he says he will do something, bet on it. I have known Efrem Lawrence for many years and during that time I have witnessed him involved in many different and, often, challenging surroundings and situations. I will tell you that he is of high moral character who remains calm under pressure and who gets the job done. He is persistent, reliable and compassionate. He listens. But the characteristic I respect the most is his rock solid grounding.
