The front desk is always friendly and helpful, and Juan is such a great tax preparer, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was honestly surprised at first by how many questions they asked, but I quickly realized it’s actually a great thing. They take the time to ask everything upfront so they can accurately estimate how much time you’ll need with Juan, which helps keep appointments running smoothly without overlap or delays. I’ve gone to Juan for 13 years now. It’s no hassle and he breaks things down so it’s simple. I’ve learned I have to book my appts 2 or 3 weeks in advance. The front office asks a lot of questions in the beginning but I guess it’s so that Juan has what he needs when it’s appt time. Def recommend booking in January if you can because it’s a lot less busy and less wait time.
Horrible service! I called last year and was told Juan wasn’t accepting new clients. This year I called a month and a half earlier to be told the same thing. I inquired on when is the cut off for new clients and what’s the difference. I received no answer and was immediately hung up on. Definitely do not recommend! 0/10
My wife and I have been doing our taxes here for close to 20 years. We've always had a great experience, great customer service, professional service, good advice and reasonable rates. I cannot imagine doing my taxes anywhere else but here.
