I have been going to Juan for many years and he and his family are the best. Witnessing first hand how far they have come from when they first opened, I can sincerely say they have perfected their process. The office is professional, efficient and popular! Which is why I recommend you call ahead to schedule an appointment. The earlier in the season the better. Love this last location they are at especially the parking situation. It’s unfortunate to have to write this review, Juan has helped me a lot with my taxes in the past & I have had a professional & pleasant experience with him & his staff in the past but I guess if you hire the wrong office staff, it can potentially affect your business. This has never happened to me before from speaking to one rep & then being interrupted & another rep barging in & asking more specific questions about my work. I have booked here before, I know what forms to bring. But was asked questions like if I am a busine... read more
