It’s unfortunate to have to write this review, Juan has helped me a lot with my taxes in the past & I have had a professional & pleasant experience with him & his staff in the past but I guess if you hire the wrong office staff, it can potentially affect your business. This has never happened to me before from speaking to one rep & then being interrupted & another rep barging in & asking more specific questions about my work.
