Great Tax Service! I’ve been coming here for over than 5 years and Juan has always been quick and efficient. It’s helpful to book in advance
I left feeling like they do not truly know what they are doing. The information they were giving me did not sound correct, and when I questioned it they became rude rather than helping me understand. If you do not know much about taxes yourself, be careful because they may do your return wrong and you may not even realize it until later.
No recomiendo este lugar para hacer impuestos. Honestamente parece que no saben bien lo que están haciendo y pueden terminar haciendo tus impuestos mal. Cuando les hice preguntas sobre ciertas cosas que no se veían correctas, en vez de explicarme profesionalmente se pusieron a la defensiva y groseros. Mucho cuidado con confiarles tus finanzas.
Very disappointing experience from start to finish. After paying for their tax preparation services, I noticed issues and asked them to correct the mistakes. Instead of helping me, they immediately became defensive and rude. The woman at the front was extremely emotional and unprofessional the entire time, talking over me and refusing to listen. No recomiendo este negocio para nada. Pagué para que me ayudaran con mis impuestos y cuando les pedí que corrigieran unas cosas que estaban mal, se molestaron en vez de ayudar. La señora de enfrente fue muy irrespetuosa, hablaba encima de mí y actuó con cero profesionalismo. Terminaron corriéndome del lugar y no quisieron darme reembolso. Horrible servicio.
