Dry chicken and missing item from the order. Also slow service.
Not the first time, but the chicken constantly seems to be overcooked. It is always burnt and extremely dry. The chicken never seems fresh. It is always ‘lukewarm’ at best. Please stop overcooking the chicken. Whoever is manning the charcoal, stop burning it and drying it out. It’s inedible. The creamy gravy is not creamy at all. It is very watery. It should be thicker, more gelatinous like how other El Jannah stores prepare their gravy. Do better.
