First off, the customer service is excellent, very enthusiastic and polite staff. However the food is terrible. I ordered a deluxe chicken pack. The chicken was burnt to a crisp, the end of the drum was complete charcoal and the chicken was sooo dry. The pickles were inedible. The salt content was so intense. 3 people said exactly the same thing. They've always been a bit hit and miss, but this is the last miss. Would not recommend this place.
