The food served is pathetic. Chicken is always BURNT. Despite having told them to not overchar, they still do it and serve. Obviously in a takeaway, you don’t really see until you get on with the food but hey, you are in for BURNT chicken. I ignored once, twice, giving them the benefit of doubt but they always disappoint. Please get chefs from your Granville location and educate the in-house staff at Marsden to learn how to master the art of cooking the chicken perfectly. I just went through drive-thru for the first time at this restaurant and am truly amazed at the speed and efficiency. I have previously visited this chain of restaurants and expected the food to take a lot longer to be prepared.
Its actualy quite spacious inside and very clean
Chicken tenders- small portion size and 50%batter. Staff seemed clueless about order of service at the Drive Through asking me what my order number was when I wasn't told anything.
