I placed online order at 6:30 pm for pick up by 7 but didn’t receive it until 7:30pm. They were saying that the order is still not ready but didn’t tell how long it would take. Poor service .
A lovely young lady named Cielo helped my disabled son with his order. She was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the whole interaction, making him feel comfortable and respected. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out. She has a bright future ahead of her and is truly going places.
