Careless disrespectful staff. 4/7/26 order #40 Requested specifically to get my chicken roll cut in half. It was printed in order docket too. When i picked up order i didnt feel such went back and asked the ladies in kitchen did you actually cut this? She reconfirmed it is though it looks not in outside , inside it is.She reconfirmed. It's somehow like this store goes out of its way to be as bad as possible every time you visit. Consistently out of food options with no reasonable solutions. Will happily sell you the meal and then say they don't have half of the items that are meant to be included.
We order charcoal box the chips was good but 1/4 chicken was very dry as well as cold additionally the chicken burger chicken was crunchy like raw doesn’t looks like raw but every bite feels raw. Very disappointing.i will never go again
Placed an online pick up order at 6:23 which scheduled to be ready by 6:33 from Broadmeadows store according to the receipt. Have been waiting in the store since 6:30. So far approached staff 3 times and got a reply almost there. Up until 7:26 havnt received my order. Standing in the queue. They r prioritising online and take away order and do not care about online app order. Very disappointing and frustrating .
