Extremely Disappointed with Upholstery Service: I had my sofa reupholstered with high hopes, but unfortunately, the results were far from acceptable. The sofa now feels incredibly uncomfortable—far too firm, almost like sitting on a rock. The cushions are 2 inches thinner than the original and lack any substantial padding, making it impossible to relax on for long periods of time. I have them reupholster many of my items and have always been super happy with their work. They are fast, efficient and best of all, the quality of their work is 2nd to none at a very reasonable price. Why go anywhere else.
