Worst bank EVER! I have USAA savings bank. I stopped at their ATM location to pull out a little money with USAA debit card. The machine took my card. It then went blank and said “out of service” and wouldn’t spit my card back out. I went inside since it was during business hours and was told because I don’t bank there they can’t give it back to me. I had multiple forms of ID in my pocket and they still refused. USAA informed that policy is illegal. Had to call and cancel my debit card and order a new one. What a joke! I’m gl... read more
