this is the worst bank ever. do yourself a favor! close your account and open up one at the Golden 1. You can do it online and never have to deal with rude people
I dont recommend this bank. This bank is incompetent. Find a better bank. I did the best thing today. I closed my el dorado savings bank accounts. There is no such thing as customer service here!!! Goodbye rude
