I love this place always quiet , very polite helpful easy in and out ...
My wife and I are new customers at El Dorado Bank in Grass Valley and to date they have not been at all efficient or impressive. Weird delays and repeated misinformation requiring extra visits has wasted too much of our time. Nice people but if this pattern continues we will have to find another local bank.

They have old school customer service which other banks have lost.
I have been with this bank my whole life. We had a house fire 1 year ago and we’re receiving money from insurance. They have cashed all checks until the last four they harassed my husband and I about the checks not being acceptable for many different random reasons whenever he arrived with me. They are so hostile toward my husband. The last check I brought to my bank with my husband they said they would not cash it unless I made my account a joint account.
