My wife and I are customers at El Dorado Bank in Auburn and Grass Valley and to date they have not been at all efficient or impressive. Weird delays and repeated misinformation requiring extra visits has wasted too much of our time. Nice people but if this pattern continues we will have to find another local bank. This is a great branch! The personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. What I really like is this branch does not have a high turnover of employees which is very important to me.
First time here. Stopped in for some business. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was. That goes for the teller to the branch manager.
Great bank ,friendly service. Been with them when they opened.
