Crystal was awesome!!! My 99 yo mom is visiting Fri out of town and one of her hearing aids sopped working. It was very difficult for us to communicate but I called El Dorado Hearing and they said to stop by. We were greeted by Crystal immediately and within a few minutes, the problem was solved! She even gave us a set of replacement wax guards and the tool to replace them. Please give El Dorado Hearing your business as I am certain that you will be pleased.
My wife and I hit a jackpot with our visit with El Dorado Hearing. The company is locally owned and operated with an office in central Tucson, and one in Northwest Tucson. Service was fast, knowledgeable and delightful. The Office Manager, Kristina was amazing. With 10 years of hearing aid service and repair, she knew EVERYTHING about hearing loss, available products, their good/bad points, how to fix 'em, how to fit 'em, how to optimize their features, and how to save expense. Tried to go here on Saturday, January 28, 2023. The hours on the internet said they were open on Saturdays but when we got there they were closed. We had also tried to call several times but the recording said they were either with a patient or it was after hours. We drove 10 miles to get there so we were disappointed.
Very smooth patient focused service. Thorough 45+ minute evaluation. Well laid out review of results with options to address hearing loss and tinnitus.
