I have been an El Dorado customer for over 10 years and the new location at Altamonda Springs is the worst. We purchased 2 lamps on Aug 1st. The lamps were scheduled to come on Wed Aug 6th between 4pm - 6pm. I got a call that they were running late and it would be delivered between 6pm- 9pm. They didn't arrive until 11 pm and stayed outside to unpack it then broke one of them. First time at El Dorado Furniture and it was a great experience. After a horrible purchase at a different store, we drove 1.5 hours to El Dorado Furniture in Altamonte. The store is very welcoming, clean and does not give that sharky sales vibe. We were warmly greeted by Natalia S. She was extremely helpful and not over bearing. Let us wonder a bit on our own.
