I have been an El Dorado customer for over 10 years and the new location at Altamonda Springs is the worst. We purchased 2 lamps on Aug 1st. The lamps were scheduled to come on Wed Aug 6th between 4pm - 6pm. I got a call that they were running late and it would be delivered between 6pm- 9pm. They didn't arrive until 11 pm and stayed outside to unpack it then broke one of them. The cord had become totally detached as the delivery driver thought it was a good idea to use brute force to pull the cord out as my husband kept warn... read more
