They charged me $25 to pay 1/2 year of property taxes by card. "New payment processor". MOOCHES with excuses. I like the old one better it was $2 bucks last time. Don't care what their excuse is.
I recently purchased a house in this county have have received a few bills with conflicting information. I've called in twice for clarification. One person was very polite and helpful. My most recent call was with a woman who was rude from hello. Kept cutting me off, not letting me finish a single sentence about why I was calling. The wait was a little long, but janet was very friendly, helpful, and is the best! I cant stand filing paperwork and stuff, it stresses me out like nothing else, but she made it all good. Give her a raise!
