Life has been throwing me a lot of challenges lately, and having 1 more item to clear up with the county assessor was something I was dreading this morning. The second I walked in, I was greeted by someone that made me feel welcome and understood. Helpful, quick, personable. This is how an agency should be run, and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Hopefully it continues to stay this way and no other obstacles come my way. Wishful thinking; but very appreciative.

In December of 2021 I caught an error on my property tax statement. I paid on-line and noticed the mailing address wasn’t mine! I didn't notice it before because my mortgage Co. would handle the payments. I found out my information along with the reassessment of my home was never updated because of a glitch that occurred in 2018 when The Assessor's Office updated their system.
