Cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with El Contador has been. This so-called "tax company" in Miami Lakes is nothing short of a scam. They are dishonest and don't give you the full details of the work they do—or rather, the shady work they are involved in. From the start, I was misinformed and left in the dark about key parts of my tax filing. They mismanaged my refund, and when I tried to resolve it, I was met with rude behavior and vague excuses.
