They never replied. They only take your enrollment payment and supposedly put you on a waiting list, and after that, you don’t matter to them anymore. I even went in person to ask, and still they wouldn’t tell me how many people were ahead of me. In the meantime, I went to the El Cerrito Teeter Tots program, and that was much more decent in every way; At least there is no discrimination against the one who pays the most. I recommend going with the city’s program instead.
I can't say enough good things about ECPC. It's a great community for kids and parents alike. The teachers are kind and provide a lot of interesting projects without forcing anything onto the children. Both of our kids wanted to stay longer when it was time for pickup. I only wish ECPC had space for older kids so we can stay longer.
