It is ridiculous that when I need the parking officer or an office I can’t find it anywhere here or when I need help the employees can’t even get up from their chair to assist with anything, but if I forget 1 day to pay $3 parking I get a $55 fine, when I pay twice by mistake I don’t see the station calling me to give my money back, you all must think I find money in the trash and that is why I don’t pay the $3 because I would rather pay $55 🤡🤡🤡

I've been using this Bart location for years. Easy on off freeway.
There's plenty of parking there, busses are always there whenever I use the station for traveling! There's help at the booth when needed as well.
