5 stars. Now this place cares about service. They want you happy. They are the last of their kind. Great place for big purchases. Seriously, you’ll regret buying from somewhere else. I wish I’d known about them when I got my first house. Go with ECR, trust me you’ll be happy you did.
Needed a service call on an in counter nugget ice machine. They said the service call would be $500 up front. I thought that was a bit but ok'd the job and paid that over the phone. After the analysis, the tech said it needed a cleaning and that would cost $141 more. I paid that to the tech. A few weeks later El Campo refrigeration sends me an invoice for $103 more. El Campo Refrig has now charged me over $762 for a cleaning. Its not the money really as much as it is the dishonesty and the cost that never stops growing.

Our ice machine is in good shape, but it is older and it has not worked at it's best for some time. When it stopped working completely, we called EC Refrigeration. Tara came out to service the machine, and it is now working better than I can remember it ever working. Appreciate the great service! Yvette @ Eldridge AC & Heat, Inc.
