I recently had my 2018 Can Am X3 serviced from the team at ECH. I am extremely impressed by the attention to detail and pride in their work at a better price than a dealer. I was unable to drop it off at the shop but was told they offer a pickup/drop-off service which I decided to do as I have a very busy schedule. They worked with me on a time and then picked up my machine at 8am on a Sunday (yes, Sunday) and all services were done and delivered back to me the same day by 5pm. I don’t even know where to start with these rude people. My dad brought my son in today after a Facebook post stating they were clearing out RC parts. He’s 9 - and has a speed car and 3 Traxxas RC cars. My dad said the owner was there and was a complete condescending jerk and couldn’t be more bothered by helping them. That’s fine - we will NEVER be back - and they’ve lost all future business from our family who owns many real desert toys - beyond just a child’s RC cars. I was in town house sitting for family when I realized I had forgotten a connector for one of my RC trucks. Tried the local national chain first. Their website said they had what I was looking for, but they did not. Luckily, ECH was only 5 minutes away, so I gave them a try. Guy at the shop was super nice. He didn't have what I needed either. So he made it for me! 5 minutes, $15 bucks out the door, and my weekend of bashing was saved. Thank you, ECH.
They have a great selection of very hot remote control cars and trucks for advanced drivers.
