Finding quality southwestern furniture is a challenge. We needed a large (10 feet long) custom sideboard made so we drew it out on paper and El Barzon happily had it manufactured for us. It took a few weeks as we expected and were told, but the results were amazing and we were very pleased with how closely they reproduced our drawings and designs and turned them into reality. Wanted to spend some money here but quite frankly the pungent smell of marijuana when we walked in was a total turn off. Couldn't spend more than a minute in here without wanting out. Dissapointing ..
Over priced for what it was. If you like very rustic old world mexicana furniture. Not my taste.
We moved to Santa Fe a few months ago and discovered El Barzon and love their stuff. Bought quite a few items and found their furniture beautiful, unique, well constructed and surprisingly (for the quality) affordable. Even bought a hand-crafted totem for our front yard. I highly recommend them.
