Never coming back to this place. They had the most ridiculous rules even though they are Western Union affiliated.
The fricken worst customer service!!! Went to get a money transfer and even though I had my licence and the numbers, they stated that since my middle initial was on my id, (P) and the name on the transfer was spelled out (Patricia) they refused to give me my funds. I showed them my passport and social security card with my full middle name... She said no. I called Western Union and they started that is NOT their policy. The girl was rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her... Horrible place
Agradezco lo que ofrecen para uno que es cliente… pero es servicio es fatal siempre ay líneas enormes y los otros trabajadores afuera fumando o platicando… solo porque tenemos necesidad de su servicio pero en realidad deberían ser más profesionales…. Sea lunes sea viernes o miércoles siempre es lo mismo..
