I fractured C5; paralysed, surgery then long rehabilitation until I could slide from bed to a wheelchair. Physiotherapists attached an Ekso Skeleton which stood me up and walked me along a hallway. Over several sessions the Ekso evaluated my input as my muscles strengthened. Now I walk with a cane or hiking pole.
