Found out yesterday that a delivery that was supposed to happen by end of June is now delayed from NJ warehouse. New delivery date is end of august. Parts issues were given as reason for delay. Sent a message yesterday via Facebook messenger to the corporate Fb page. Only received an automated response. 24 hours later still have not received a specific response. Tried calling customer service but the call went directly to voice main. The recording stated that they respond in up to 48 hours. Poor communications and customer s... read more
